Covid 19 Regulations
Due to COVID19 restrictions in the area of North Greece and by having as high priority the safety of the athletes, the visitors and the volunteers we establish the following hygiene rules. Therefore, BREVET PHILIPPI 2021 is characterized as Covid Free.
For the participating athletes
- Participants must have an EU Digital COVID Certificate [vaccination certificate or recovery certificate or a negative COVID test (72 hours for pcr – 48 hours for rapid test)]. The necessary document should be sent by email at least 2 days before the start and they should have it with them on the day of the event (digital or printed).
- The Start of the athletes will be in groups, not with a mass start
- Distances must be kept and a mask should be used when there is a large number of people outdoors – exception to the mask usage are the control stations where the distances will be strictly observed.
For the volunteers
- Participants must have an EU Digital COVID Certificate [vaccination certificate or recovery certificate or a negative COVID test (72 hours for pcr – 48 hours for rapid test)]. The necessary document should be sent by email at least 2 days before the start and they should have it with them on the day of the event (digital or printed).
- Distances must be kept and a mask should be used when there is a large number of people outdoors.
- The regular use of antiseptics is obligated
Checkpoints
- Staffing will be only by those who have an EU Digital COVID Certificate [vaccination certificate or recovery certificate or a negative COVID test (72 hours for pcr – 48 hours for rapid test)]. The necessary document should be sent by email at least 2 days before the start and they should have it with them on the day of the event (digital or printed).
- Maximum number of volunteers serving, 3 people
- Usage of antiseptics before validating the athletes’ cards
- Usage of a mask by all volunteers
- Distances must be kept while validated the athlete’s cards
The closing ceremony will be broadcast live on Live streaming to avoid overcrowding.
